When: 1-3 July, 2023
Where: Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport, 7311 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC (10-minute walk from Brighouse skytrain station)
Rounds: Sat 6pm, Sun 10am and 3pm, Mon 10am and 3pm
Time Control. Game in 90 minutes with 30 second increment
Sections: One section
Rating: FIDE and CFC rated
Prizes. $3000 Guaranteed. 1st place on each team $600 Cdn, 2nd $400, 3rd $300, 4th $200.
Entry Fee. $80 Cdn. Free entry for GM/IM/WGM/WIM if entered by 1 June
Accommodation. Executive Hotel 1-604-278-5555. $199 Cdn for up to two adults and two children. Free parking. Book before 5 June to get special rate. Mention Canada Day chess tournament when booking.
