5 round CFC rated Swiss. Open to residents of Vancouver Island. Victoria Cup will be engraved with name of top player residing between Sidney, Sooke and Victoria
FINAL RESULTS (crosstable) EVENT REPORT
When: 20-21 January 2024
Where: Mary Winspear Centre, Sidney
Rounds: Saturday 10am, 2pm and 6pm. Sunday 10am and 2pm
Time Control: game in 60 minutes with 30 second increment for every move
Sections: one section
Prizes. $1,000 Guaranteed. 1st $400, 2nd $200, U1400 $200, U1000 $100, Unrated $100. Unrated players not eligible for U1400 or U1000 prizes.
The Victoria Cup will be engraved with the name of the top local player.
Entry Fee: $70 by 31 December 2023, $85 by noon on Thursday 18 January
